Landscapes Around Vermont
One thing i've learned about landscapes over time is that lighting essentially doesn't matter as much as another kind of shot would. It can be dark, bright, white, black, etc. but the view is what makes the landscape picture in my mind.

Aesthetics Quote
“Art is the imposing of a pattern on experience, and our aesthetic enjoyment is recognition of the pattern.”

Farmer's Sunrise

I took these pictures the other day on my way to work. I've travelled down this road past my neighbors almost ever day of my life but this morning I made myself stop and am so happy. I love all three of these pictures. I could stare at them forever...They each have a diferent focus while still making your eye wander to all the picture has to show. I have to say I that I'm proud of these!

Horsey Dayz

I took these from slightly different angles. I was shooting to get the only color tree we have in our field but as you can see the horses thought it was time for their dinner (it wasn't) so they followed me around. I just thought they both made for cute shots even though my focus isn't entirley clear.Saturday, September 19, 2009
Tumbling Falls
Falls Falling Waters
Tranquil River

Tranquil River
I personally am fond of the top picture, however some cons to it are that it has a lot going on. Where as the bottom picture is as I labeled more 'tranquil', it's simple yet still a beautiful picture.
Both of these were a little tricky to take as I was atop a bunch of rocks and it was freezing = )
However, the angles as you can tell are completely different, the bottom having been taken at a low level of the tumbling river and the top picture more in the 'action' of the falls.
