Color Schemes

Monochrome
This is a pear tree we have in our yard. I thought all the different shades of green made for a good and simple picture.

Complementary
The whole top of this Burning Bush is turning a bright beautiful red and the bottom leaves are still green so I tried to get the half-way point.

Analogous
Fall leaves in our yard, red, orange, yellow, and everything in between.

  1. Cool stuff this week! I like that you are able to show each of the different schemes that we read about in a typical Vermont yard.

  2. Great job on each of the color schemes. Each picture is very unique in its own way. Your camera has great color. The top two pictures are somewhat sad (in a good way) as they are both kinda droopy. I have used my imagination on the bottom picture and see a frog peeping out when I first look at the picture to the left of the top of the leaf in the center. Great choices!
